Nabil obtained his Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tokyo National College of Technology, Japan in 2000. He is a certified HRDF trainer (2007) and also gained Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Officer from NIOSH in 2006. A level 3 qualified alumni member of ESQ165 worldwide and also the founder of Chikara AvantGarde Team and Mizukara Training Programs and PEXPA (Petang ECO Xventure Park, Task Kenyir).

Nabil started off his career as a Production Engineer at Epson Precision (M) Sdn Bhd. With his high value of integrity, commitment, analytical skills, he has been chosen to lead 5 Quality Attack Groups for 2 years as well as being a trainer for in- house training and development department. 

Prior to setting up his own management consulting company, Nabil was a leader in a major consultation company where he leads in the developments of modules and paperwork for all training and educational courses in the company as well as setting up a marketing strategy and company wide business plan. His expertise proven in designing and developing experiential learning such as Motivation, Team Dynamic, Self Attitude, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Public Speaking, Corporate Wargame, Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management, Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM), Quality Control Circle and many more.

Nabil is also an experienced Japanese Interpreter/ Language Trainer since 2008. Acting as a written translator for Japanese over a broad range of topics including business articles, automotive manual and others. PERODUA and UMW Toyota are among his major clients for Japanese Language Class. His expertise are recognized in the program design and development for adults, utilizing current best practices and tips to master basic second language easily at the workplace environment.
