AGL Malaysia (Aizan Genba Learning) is dedicated to support solving the real problems using clear guiding principles. Genba (Go to the actual workplace) visit will be conducted prior to the module's design and development processes to understand better the actual situation faced by the clients. Meanwhile, Genchi Genbutsu (Go and See) is needed to understand the available data and facts before and after the training intervention.
