16 years ago Syahman leave everything behind to take the crazy leap to the unknown, uncharted frontier and unimagine challenges the Universe would throw at him. True enough Universe did knock him hard at times but giving up is not the option. Tough time don’t last but tough people do.

With the only option is success, he endures the journey one step at a time. Life as fulltime sales person, leading and managing his own sales team has develop him to become a more of people’s person. He starts falling in love with human psychology and development. A firm believer and practitioner of Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model, he starts to practise new approaches and methods to further develop himself and team.

His key assets are his unique training approach and set up. His philosophy to get the best outcome from his training is simple – “training must be energetic, lively, engaging, adaptable and most importantly is to understand current needs, changes and situations”. That simple philosophy land him numerous awards and recognition in Sales, Customer Experience and Leadership respectively.

He founded Brix4brainsTM Module & Methodology, an approach focusing on the Pillars of Human, Generation’s Dominance and Andragogy based activities.
