Ridwan has been a full-time trainer for the last 12 years at Toyota. He was a manager for Production Welding Shop technical team for 8 years, responsible on handling new model management, production control, project basis activities and Production/quality improvement activities. Total experience in automotive manufacturing sector is 23 years.

Ridwan diverse experience and exposure are a strong plus in his quest to contribute to the achievement of excellent Manpower Development goals in organizations via training. To that end , he has conducted numerous training programs such as Toyota Production System (TPS) – Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Way 2001 Philosophy, Plan Do Check Act, Building Consensus Through A3 Reports, 8 steps of Problem Solving Skill and Continuous Improvement in practice (Jishuken activities). 

Ridwan also sought for Leader Development Program (LDP), Teamwork, Executive Development Program (EDP), Supervisory Development Program (SDP) and Team building in the private sectors. He also managed the local Toyota Global Production Center and Dojo for more than 10 years.

With years of exposure working abroad, Ridwan spearheads global operations in his current role as Senior Manager. He excels at driving results, consistently achieving KPIs and spearheading sustainability initiatives across all plants in the company's global network.
